Windsor (December 2006)

Windsor (December 2006)
On a quite cold December day, Emily and I decided to take a train to Windsor and Eton. The Windsor castle is really impressive, the Queen was apparently there (judging by the flag), and I especially liked the Doll House.

Snowdonia (October 2007)

Snowdonia on a really nice October weekend. We started off in Pen y Pass, took the Miners Track on the way up to Snowdon and the Llanberis Path on the descent. Before returning to London, we visited Caernarfon Castle.

Oxford (November 2006)

Oxford (November 2006)
I went to Oxford to visit my friend Sangamitra who just started a PhD there. My friend Emily also came along and we had a nice, although a bit cold, day walking around Oxford. We even saw some of the places where Harry Potter was filmed ;-).
