Bela krajina

Bela krajina
Bela krajina is my home region. It's located at the south-east of Slovenia, bordering on Croatia. My hometown (and the biggest town in Bela krajina) is Crnomelj. If you happen to find yourself here in the summer, you should definitely try swimming in the river Kolpa (one of the warmest rivers in Slovenia, its temperature has reached 27-28 degrees Celsius in the past; also border with Croatia) and visit the "Jurjevanje" festival. The nature around Bela krajina is just breath-taking.
